From 283207a71c580cf50b31a4a24a3170190083a4ae Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Duncan Sands Date: Mon, 5 Nov 2007 00:04:43 +0000 Subject: Eliminate the remaining uses of getTypeSize. This should only effect x86 when using long double. Now 12/16 bytes are output for long double globals (the exact amount depends on the alignment). This brings globals in line with the rest of LLVM: the space reserved for an object is now always the ABI size. One tricky point is that only 10 bytes should be output for long double if it is a field in a packed struct, which is the reason for the additional argument to EmitGlobalConstant. llvm-svn: 43688 --- llvm/lib/CodeGen/MachineFunction.cpp | 4 ++-- 1 file changed, 2 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) (limited to 'llvm/lib/CodeGen/MachineFunction.cpp') diff --git a/llvm/lib/CodeGen/MachineFunction.cpp b/llvm/lib/CodeGen/MachineFunction.cpp index ca7468476ad..c35674a49b1 100644 --- a/llvm/lib/CodeGen/MachineFunction.cpp +++ b/llvm/lib/CodeGen/MachineFunction.cpp @@ -435,7 +435,7 @@ unsigned MachineConstantPool::getConstantPoolIndex(Constant *C, unsigned Offset = 0; if (!Constants.empty()) { Offset = Constants.back().getOffset(); - Offset += TD->getTypeSize(Constants.back().getType()); + Offset += TD->getABITypeSize(Constants.back().getType()); Offset = (Offset+AlignMask)&~AlignMask; } @@ -459,7 +459,7 @@ unsigned MachineConstantPool::getConstantPoolIndex(MachineConstantPoolValue *V, unsigned Offset = 0; if (!Constants.empty()) { Offset = Constants.back().getOffset(); - Offset += TD->getTypeSize(Constants.back().getType()); + Offset += TD->getABITypeSize(Constants.back().getType()); Offset = (Offset+AlignMask)&~AlignMask; } -- cgit v1.2.3
