Subject: I got tired of VISIBILITY_HIDDEN colliding with the gcc enum.  Rename
 it to LLVM_LIBRARY_VISIBILITY and introduce LLVM_GLOBAL_VISIBILITY, which is
 the opposite, for future use by dragonegg.
