From 63e5fb76ecfed3434252868d8cf07d676f979f2f Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Jonas Devlieghere Date: Wed, 24 Jul 2019 17:56:10 +0000 Subject: [Logging] Replace Log::Printf with LLDB_LOG macro (NFC) This patch replaces explicit calls to log::Printf with the new LLDB_LOGF macro. The macro is similar to LLDB_LOG but supports printf-style format strings, instead of formatv-style format strings. So instead of writing: if (log) log->Printf("%s\n", str); You'd write: LLDB_LOG(log, "%s\n", str); This change was done mechanically with the command below. I replaced the spurious if-checks with vim, since I know how to do multi-line replacements with it. find . -type f -name '*.cpp' -exec \ sed -i '' -E 's/log->Printf\(/LLDB_LOGF\(log, /g' "{}" + Differential revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D65128 llvm-svn: 366936 --- lldb/source/Host/common/TCPSocket.cpp | 6 ++---- 1 file changed, 2 insertions(+), 4 deletions(-) (limited to 'lldb/source/Host/common/TCPSocket.cpp') diff --git a/lldb/source/Host/common/TCPSocket.cpp b/lldb/source/Host/common/TCPSocket.cpp index 58f99f7832f..e84054f3f58 100644 --- a/lldb/source/Host/common/TCPSocket.cpp +++ b/lldb/source/Host/common/TCPSocket.cpp @@ -140,8 +140,7 @@ Status TCPSocket::CreateSocket(int domain) { Status TCPSocket::Connect(llvm::StringRef name) { Log *log(lldb_private::GetLogIfAnyCategoriesSet(LIBLLDB_LOG_COMMUNICATION)); - if (log) - log->Printf("TCPSocket::%s (host/port = %s)", __FUNCTION__, name.data()); + LLDB_LOGF(log, "TCPSocket::%s (host/port = %s)", __FUNCTION__, name.data()); Status error; std::string host_str; @@ -177,8 +176,7 @@ Status TCPSocket::Connect(llvm::StringRef name) { Status TCPSocket::Listen(llvm::StringRef name, int backlog) { Log *log(lldb_private::GetLogIfAnyCategoriesSet(LIBLLDB_LOG_CONNECTION)); - if (log) - log->Printf("TCPSocket::%s (%s)", __FUNCTION__, name.data()); + LLDB_LOGF(log, "TCPSocket::%s (%s)", __FUNCTION__, name.data()); Status error; std::string host_str; -- cgit v1.2.3
