* | [llvm-readobj] Change -long-option to --long-option in tests. NFC | Fangrui Song | 2019-05-01 | 1 | -1/+1 |
| | | | | | | | | | | We use both -long-option and --long-option in tests. Switch to --long-option for consistency. In the "llvm-readelf" mode, -long-option is discouraged as it conflicts with grouped short options and it is not accepted by GNU readelf. While updating the tests, change llvm-readobj -s to llvm-readobj -S to reduce confusion ("s" is --section-headers in llvm-readobj but --symbols in llvm-readelf). llvm-svn: 359649 | ||||
* | [llvm-objcopy] - Simplify `isCompressable` and fix the issue relative. | George Rimar | 2019-03-05 | 1 | -0/+41 |
When --compress-debug-sections is given, llvm-objcopy do not compress sections that have "ZLIB" header in data. Normally this signature is used in zlib-gnu compression format. But if zlib-gnu used then the name of the compressed section should start from .z* (e.g .zdebug_info). If it does not, then it is not a zlib-gnu format and section should be treated as a normal uncompressed section. Differential revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D58908 llvm-svn: 355399 |
