ARMDisassembler now depends on the banked register tables in ARMUtils, so the
LLVMBuild.txt needed updating to reflect this.
Original commit mesage:
[ARM] Fix disassembly of invalid banked register moves
When disassembling banked register move instructions, we don't have an
assembly syntax for the unallocated register numbers, so we have to
return Fail rather than SoftFail. Previously we were returning SoftFail,
then crashing in the InstPrinter as we have no way to represent these
encodings in an assembly string.
This also switches the decoder to use the table-generated list of banked
registers, removing the duplicated list of encodings.

The broken bot (clang-ppc64le-linux-multistage) is doign a shared-object build,
so I guess using lookupBankedRegByEncoding in the disassembler is a layering
violation?

Adding MC regressions tests to cover several small x86 extensions as follows:

Instructions affected:
mthc1, mfhc1, add.d, sub.d, mul.d, div.d,
mov.d, neg.d, cvt.w.d, cvt.d.s, cvt.d.w, cvt.s.d
These instructions are now defined for
microMIPS32r3 + microMIPS32r6 in MicroMipsInstrFPU.td
since they shared their encoding with those already defined
in microMIPS32r6InstrInfo.td and have been therefore
removed from the latter file.
Some instructions present in MicroMipsInstrFPU.td which
did not have both AFGR64 and FGR64 variants defined have
been altered to do so.

This adds the CSDB instruction, which is a new barrier instruction
described by the whitepaper at [1].
This is in encoding space which was previously executed as a NOP, so it is
available for all targets that have the relevant NOP encoding space. This
matches the binutils behaviour for these instructions [2][3].

The major visible difference here is that in line-table dumps,
directory and file names are wrapped in double-quotes; previously,
directory names got single quotes and file names were not quoted at
all.
The improvement in this patch is that when a DWARF v5 line table
header has indirect strings, in a verbose dump these will all have
their section[offset] printed as well as the name itself. This
matches the format used for dumping strings in the .debug_info
section.

mcpu/mattr from assembly test command lines.
Summary:
We should always be able to accept AVX512 registers and instructions in llvm-mc. The only subtarget mode that should be checked is 16-bit vs 32-bit vs 64-bit mode.
I've also removed all the mattr/mcpu lines from test RUN lines to be consistent with this. Most were due to AVX512, but a few were for other features.

EH table assembly, where the compiler relies on the assembler to
calculate the offsets in the EH table.

equivalent issue in the GNU assembler.

This change is useful for the upcoming addition of the symbol

all share the same function index.
This change does not effect lld because it essentially ignores
the wasm "table". The table exists only to the wasm objects

Introduce an extension to support passing linker options to the linker.
These would be ignored by older linkers, but newer linkers which support
this feature would be able to process the linker.
Emit a special discarded section `.linker-option`. The content of this
section is a pair of strings (key, value). The key is a type identifier for
the parameter. This allows for an argument free parameter that will be
processed by the linker with the value being the parameter. As an example,
`lib` identifies a library to be linked against, traditionally the `-l`
argument for Unix-based linkers with the parameter being the library name.
Thanks to James Henderson, Cary Coutant, Rafael Espinolda, Sean Silva
for the valuable discussion on the design of this feature.

10-byte NOPs (PR22965)
We currently emit up to 15-byte NOPs on all targets (apart from Silvermont), which stalls performance on some targets with decoders that struggle with 2 or 3 more '66' prefixes.
This patch flags recent AMD targets (btver1/znver1) to still emit 15-byte NOPs and bdver* targets to emit 11-byte NOPs. All other targets now emit 10-byte NOPs apart from SilverMont CPUs which still emit 7-byte NOPS.

relocations
Relocations of type R_WEBASSEMBLY_TABLE_INDEX represent places
where the table index for a given function is needed. While the
value stored in this location is a table index, the index in
the relocation entry itself is a function index (the index of
the function which is to be called indirectly).
This is how is was spec'd originally but the LLVM implementation
didn't do this. This makes things a little simpler in the linker
since the table in the input file can essentially be ignored that
the output table can be created purely based on these relocations.

The compilation directory has always been #0, but as of DWARF v5 it is
explicitly listed in the line-table section instead of implicitly
being a reference to the compile_unit DIE's DW_AT_comp_dir attribute.
This means the dumper should number the dumped array starting with 0
or 1 depending on the DWARF version of the line table.
References in the generated DWARF are correct, it's just the dumper
that was wrong. Also some assembler-coded tests were similarly
confused about directory numbers.

Get rid of DEBUG_FUNCTION_NAME symbols. When we actually debug
data, maybe we'll want somewhere to put it... but having a symbol
that just stores the name of another symbol seems odd.
It means you have multiple Symbols with the same name, one
containing the actual function and another containing the name!
Store the names in a vector on the WasmObjectFile when reading
them in. Also stash them on the WasmFunctions themselves.
The names are //not// "symbol names" or aliases or anything,
they're just the name that a debugger should show against the
function body itself. NB. The WasmObjectFile stores them so that
they can be exported in the YAML losslessly, and hence the tests
can be precise.
Enforce that the CODE section has been read in before reading
the "names" section. Requires minor adjustment to some tests.
