It does not attempt to implement any lowering or fix any possibly broken transforms. This also now means that the C++ headers will include their corresponding C API headers; for example Value.h must include llvm-c/Core.h. There is however the issue of struct GEPs, where if each lane chose different struct fields then from that point on each lane will be working down into unrelated types.
