* [C++2a] Add __builtin_bit_cast, used to implement std::bit_castErik Pilkington2019-07-021-0/+8
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This commit adds a new builtin, __builtin_bit_cast(T, v), which performs a bit_cast from a value v to a type T. This expression can be evaluated at compile time under specific circumstances. The compile time evaluation currently doesn't support bit-fields, but I'm planning on fixing this in a follow up (some of the logic for figuring this out is in CodeGen). I'm also planning follow-ups for supporting some more esoteric types that the constexpr evaluator supports, as well as extending __builtin_memcpy constexpr evaluation to use the same infrastructure. rdar://44987528 Differential revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D62825 llvm-svn: 364954

* Implement __builtin_LINE() et. al. to support source location capture.Eric Fiselier2019-05-161-0/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Summary: This patch implements the source location builtins `__builtin_LINE(), `__builtin_FUNCTION()`, `__builtin_FILE()` and `__builtin_COLUMN()`. These builtins are needed to implement [`std::experimental::source_location`](https://rawgit.com/cplusplus/fundamentals-ts/v2/main.html#reflection.src_loc.creation). With the exception of `__builtin_COLUMN`, GCC also implements these builtins, and Clangs behavior is intended to match as closely as possible. * [OpenMP] Fix trailing space when printing pragmas, by Joel. E. DennyAlexey Bataev2018-02-141-42/+41
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Summary: -ast-print prints omp pragmas with a trailing space. While this behavior is likely of little concern to most users, surely it's unintentional, and it's annoying for some source-level work I'm pursuing. This patch focuses on omp pragmas, but it also fixes init_seg and loop hint pragmas because they share implementation. The testing strategy here is to add usually just one '{{$}}' per relevant -ast-print test file. This seems to achieve good code coverage. However, this strategy is probably easy to forget as the tests evolve. That's probably fine as this fix is far from critical. The main goal of the testing is to aid the initial review. This patch also adds a fixme for "#pragma unroll", which prints as "#pragma unroll (enable)", which is invalid syntax. * Add OpenCL 2.0 atomic builtin functions as Clang builtinYaxun Liu2017-08-041-2/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | OpenCL 2.0 atomic builtin functions have a scope argument which is ideally represented as synchronization scope argument in LLVM atomic instructions. Clang supports translating Clang atomic builtin functions to LLVM atomic instructions. However it currently does not support synchronization scope of LLVM atomic instructions. Without this, users have to use LLVM assembly code to implement OpenCL atomic builtin functions. This patch adds OpenCL 2.0 atomic builtin functions as Clang builtin functions, which supports generating LLVM atomic instructions with synchronization scope operand. Currently only constant memory scope argument is supported. Support of non-constant memory scope argument will be added later. Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D28691 llvm-svn: 310082

Correctly detect and transform the 'co_await' operand to `p.await_transform(<expr>)` when possible. 3. Change the initial/final suspend points to build during the initial parse, so they have the correct operator co_await lookup results. 4. Fix transformation of the CoroutineBodyStmt so that it doesn't re-build the final/initial suspends. @rsmith: This change is a little big, but it's not trivial for me to split it up.
