AMDGPU: Fix failure to select branch with optnone
opt-bisect/optnone disable the AMDGPUUniformAnnotateValues pass. The heuristic in the custom selector for brcond deferred the branch uniformity check to the pattern, which would fail. llvm-svn: 315360
