* libserial: fix build on sparcFabrice Fontaine2019-01-161-0/+53
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | On certain architectures (namely Sparc), the maximum baud rate exposed by the kernel headers is B2000000. Therefore, the current libserial code doesn't build for the Sparc and Sparc64 architectures due to this. In order to address this problem, this patch tests the value of __MAX_BAUD. If it's higher than B2000000 then we assume we're on an architecture that supports all baud rates up to B4000000. Otherwise, we simply don't support the baud rates above B2000000. Fixes build failures such as: SerialPort.cpp: In member function 'int LibSerial::SerialPort::Implementation::GetBitRate(const LibSerial::BaudRate&) const': SerialPort.cpp:1226:14: error: 'BAUD_2000000' is not a member of 'LibSerial::BaudRate' case BaudRate::BAUD_2000000: Fixes: - http://autobuild.buildroot.org/results/63ba95b6786464fa8e75af64593010df84530079 Signed-off-by: Fabrice Fontaine <fontaine.fabrice@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Peter Korsgaard <peter@korsgaard.com>

* package/lib*: fix wrapping of Config.in help textAdam Duskett2017-07-311-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | The check-package script when ran gives warnings on text wrapping on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings related to the text wrapping for the Config files starting with lib in the package directory. The appropriate indentation is: <tab><2 spaces><62 chars> See http://nightly.buildroot.org/#writing-rules-config-in for more information. * boot, linux, package: use SPDX short identifier for GPLv2/GPLv2+Rahul Bedarkar2017-04-011-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | We want to use SPDX identifier for license strings as much as possible. SPDX short identifier for GPLv2/GPLv2+ is GPL-2.0/GPL-2.0+. This change is done by using following command. find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/\<GPLv2\>/GPL-2.0/g' Signed-off-by: Rahul Bedarkar <rahulbedarkar89@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Thomas Petazzoni <thomas.petazzoni@free-electrons.com>
* boost: remove BR2_PACKAGE_BOOST_ARCH_SUPPORTS optionThomas Petazzoni2016-05-171-2/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The BR2_PACKAGE_BOOST_ARCH_SUPPORTS option was originally added in commit feeab03fa68a02733ae9382b7d47d9eb0d785188 to be able to disable Boost on broken NIOSII CodeSourcery toolchains. However, since then, the CodeSourcery toolchain has been updated, and once the fenv problem is fixed, this NIOSII toolchain is capable of building Boost. Thanks to this we can completely get rid of the BR2_PACKAGE_BOOST_ARCH_SUPPORTS symbol, from boost itself and from all its reverse dependencies. * libserial: add patch to fix build failure on sparc/sparc64Thomas Petazzoni2015-11-191-0/+65
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Like c-periphery and lua-periphery, libserial fails to build because it tries to use some baud rate definitions that are not available on sparc and sparc64 (the highest baud rates). This commit fixes that by introducing a patch to libserial to make the use of these high baud rates conditional on their availability. * package: add hashes for SourceForge-hosted packagesYann E. MORIN2014-12-281-0/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Since SourceForge sometimes serves us faulty tarballs, we can tons of autobuild failures: http://autobuild.buildroot.org/results/9fb/9fba5bf086a4e7a29e5f7156ec43847db7aacfc4/ http://autobuild.buildroot.org/results/6c8/6c837b244c45ac3b3a887734a371cd6d226cf216/ ... Fix that by adding hash files for all SourceForge-hosted packages (thos etht did not already have it). We normally prefer to use hashes published by upstream, but hunting them all one by one is a tedious task, so those hashes were all locally computed with a script that searched for SF-hosted packages, downloades the associated tarball, computed the hash, and stored it in the corresponding .hash file. Also, SF publishes sha1 hashes, while I used the stronger sha256, since sha1 is now considered to be relatively weak. Signed-off-by: "Yann E.
